Develsys is the controller of the personal data you provide through this site, under Law 19.628 on the protection of private life and Chilean Law 21.719 (personal data protection), which amends it and creates the Personal Data Protection Agency.
2. What data we collect and when
This site does not use cookies, does not store information in your browser and does not include analytics or advertising tools. We process personal data only when you type it into one of the two forms:
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write to us.
- Requirements assessment: your answers to the questionnaire (type of project, area, users, integrations, conditions and timeline), plus your name, company, email, phone number (optional) and comments.
The questionnaire answers are processed in your own browser to build the preliminary scope; they are not sent to any server until you decide to send them.
The server that delivers the pages records, like any web server, the IP address, the date, the page requested and the browser type, in technical logs that are used only for security and operations.
3. What we use it for
- To answer your inquiry and arrange a meeting or a proposal.
- To prepare the preliminary scope of your project and email it to you when you ask for it.
- To keep the history of the business conversation for as long as a pre-contractual or contractual relationship exists.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it or hand it over to third parties for their own purposes, and we do not make automated decisions about you. The result of the assessment is guidance that a person reviews; it is not an automatic decision or a quote.
4. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form before submitting it, and because it is necessary to handle the request you yourself make to us. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Who else can see your data
Emails arrive in a Develsys mailbox hosted on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. and Microsoft Corporation), which acts as a processor under its terms of service, with data centers that may be located outside Chile. The site typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when requesting them. No other providers have access to your data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep the data of an inquiry for as long as the business conversation lasts and for up to twenty-four months after the last contact, unless a contract exists, in which case it is kept for as long as legal and tax obligations require. After that it is deleted.
7. Your rights
You may ask us at any time for access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, objection to its processing, its portability and its blocking while a request is being resolved. An email to contacto@develsys.com stating which right you are exercising is enough; we respond within the deadlines set by law. If you consider that we did not handle your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The forms do not store anything in your browser. Access to the mailbox that receives inquiries is restricted to Develsys staff and protected with the security measures of Microsoft 365.
9. Minors
The site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under fourteen; if you believe this has happened, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version at this same address with its effective date.
