2. What this site is
develsys.com is the corporate site of Develsys Soluciones Tecnológicas SpA (“Develsys”). It presents our custom software development, integration and technical support services, publishes the conditions under which we work and offers an online requirements assessment. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
3. The requirements assessment
The assessment is a free tool that organizes your requirement into a preliminary scope based on your answers. That result:
- is not a quote or a binding offer: the price of a project is set when the scope is closed, in writing, after a conversation;
- is indicative and may change when the requirement is reviewed with a Develsys team member;
- may be printed or saved for your internal use.
The assessment is free of charge and creates no obligation for you or for Develsys.
4. Published working conditions
The conditions that govern our projects (code ownership, repository, warranty, invoicing, contract exit, scope) are published in the Conditions section of the site. They are the basis of every proposal we make and are incorporated into the contract of each project. The signed contract prevails over anything this site says.
5. Intellectual property of the site
The design, texts, logo and logic of the assessment belong to Develsys. You may quote them with attribution to the source; you may not reproduce the site or use the brand without written authorization. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
6. Payment methods and refunds
Today the site does not sell or charge anything online. When Develsys enables payments through the site, they will be processed by Transbank Webpay Plus (credit, debit and prepaid cards), and this section will be completed with the services that can be paid for online, the refund and cancellation policy, and the tax document issued for each payment, sent to the email address you provide.
7. Liability and availability
We strive to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. Develsys is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the information on the site or from the assessment, which is preliminary by definition.
8. Privacy
The processing of the data you provide in the forms is governed by our Privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. For any dispute, the parties choose Santiago as their domicile and submit to the jurisdiction of its ordinary courts of justice, without prejudice to the rights granted, where applicable, by Law 19.496 on consumer rights protection.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at this address, with its date.
